The Basketball Connection (BBC) Live Event System allows Event Operators to publish information about their events on the web in near real-time. The system will also help Operators to setup, manage and publish event information more effectively. The system was beta-tested at RCS Sports Super 16 Extravaganza on October 1-2, 2011. You can get a sneek-peak at some of the "Live Event: data, videos and event links by clicking here. Some data cam be sorted, filtered, grouped and printed. soon you will also be able to drill-down to see game stats and analysis of player performance!
Coaches, players and fans can find schedules, teams, players, results, stats and related articles, video and pictures easily. Some features of the system include:
- Online Team Roster Registration
- Print Score Sheets with Team Rosters
- Bracket Management
- Sort, Filter and Drill Down thru Results and Stats
- Export Reports to Word, Excel and PDF Files
- Links to Player Portfolios (Available to BBC Member Players only)
- Sends Status Text Messages To Subscribers
The BBC Live Event System is currently in Beta-Test mode. Full production mode is scheduled for January 1, 2012. You can view sample data from RCS Sports Super 16 Extravaganza which was held on October 1-2, 2012, in Houston, TX. Please note that data views will be modified in future versions, however, you can find most anything you want to know about this event on the “Live Events” page. This includes links and current and historical videos from the event! We think this is pretty cool. In the future, the BB community will also be able to discuss events and their favorite players and teams online.

The BBC "Live Event" System was developed to support our Combine Events and to elevate the exposure of Combine participants. Beginning January 2012, the BBC will offer other Event Operators the opportunity to manage their events using the Live Event System. Various event management packages will also be offered that will “free” operators to focus on other aspects of their event. These packages will enable operators to offer their customers a more personal level of service. For more information, please contact us.
